Bitcoin Pepe, FTT and BTC price prediction ahead of FTX payouts

Upcoming FTX payouts may see traders position ahead, which means the altcoin to watch in the next week could be the native FTX Token (FTT). However, the payouts and a confluence of other factors could also impact Bitcoin (BTC) price. But is the potential for greater returns likely to see traders buy Bitcoin Pepe (BPEP)?

Upcoming FTX payouts may see traders position ahead, which means the altcoin to watch in the next week could be the native FTX Token (FTT). However, the payouts and a confluence of other factors could also impact Bitcoin (BTC) price.

But is the potential for greater returns likely to see traders buy Bitcoin Pepe (BPEP)?

This project, which looks to bring Solana onto Bitcoin, is in presale. Currently in stage 4, the total amount raised has already surpassed $2.3 million.

FTX Token (FTT) price prediction

Tariffs and geopolitical factors remain crucial factors in broader market dynamics, as will next week’s Federal Reserve minutes. Long term, regulatory clarity and adoption will be notable bullish catalysts.

Also likely to inject some short term action in the market could be the anticipated payouts to FTX creditors this week. Notably, the FTX Estate will begin the $7 billion cash distributions on Monday, February 18, 2025.

FTT price on the daily chart indicates bulls remain largely in-charge.

FTX Token chart by TradingView

After rallying more than 15% on Feb. 15 to above $2.44, the altcoin’s price has dropped to near $2.20. However, the RSI and MACD indicate support for buyers.

But if the altcoin holds above $2, it could break to highs of $4. However, with profit taking likely, the FTX Token could rely on support around $1.83 and potentially $1.50.

Bitcoin (BTC) price prediction

Bitcoin price has failed to master any momentum in recent weeks, with prices slotted in the broad range between $90k and $100k. Currently, BTC trades just above $97k. While investors take the long term view, traders may be eyeing fresh volatility in coming weeks.

The technical picture for Bitcoin is that bulls could be due another leg up.

BTC chart by TradingView

In the short term, the key target is a retest of the all-time high. If price breaks above the $109k all-time high, it could target the key prediction range of between $150 and $200k by end of the year. As the chart below shows, BTC consolidation follows a mega bullish microphone pattern.

Bitcoin Pepe – the L2 for memes on Bitcoin

Bitcoin Pepe (BPEP) is the first Bitcoin meme ICO. The project’s design combines the security of Bitcoin and speed of Solana, with the goal of tapping into a likely huge market in the meme space.

However, Bitcoin Pepe is not just another meme coin.

Per the project’s whitepaper,  the goal is to build a layer 2 solution that will transform the meme coin. Bitcoin Pepe aims to challenge meme coin chains, including Solana.

Bitcoin Pepe (BPEP) price prediction

While the BPEP presale price will rise throughout the 30 ICO stages, factors such as top CEX and DEX listing could fuel post-presale gains. Compared to top meme coins and other tokens in the market, Bitcoin Pepe’s price has the potential to really explode in Q2.

Furthermore, BTC and SOL prices are predicted to rise in coming months. Thi
